Producers Update

We certainly got through a lot last night despite my worries about the AGM overrunning! Thanks for all the homework you are doing in between rehearsals - 'it is very evident' that you have been learning words and revising your parts.

Good luck matching your Part 1 top/shirt to your rainbow colour. Girls - there are plenty of colourful tops in the shops at the moment.

Narrators - I will email you your words before next Wednesday. Please can we have a read through at 7pm on 6th June, before we rehearse in positions?

Advance notice: Wednesday 20th June - Get in at Stahl 2pm. If you are free to help move staging from our store to the Stahl and/or construct, please let Paul E. know. Our rehearsal is in the Stahl that evening at 7pm.

Part 3 - Ladies: Long, bright/sparkly (not black)

Men: White shirt, black trousers, bright waistcoat and bow-tie - we have             lots of bow-ties, as you know. Please let me know if you want me to hire you a waistcoat from Fantasia.

Joining the Players

New members are always welcome. We have 2 productions a year; the Gilbert and Sullivan production rehearsals start late August and the performance is a week in February the following year. The summer concert rehearsals start in March every year and the performances over a weekend are in the middle of June. You can join as a full member and take part in either or both productions.
